George was my 7th great grandfather. Our branch is Robert and wife Mary Curtis, John Murray Forbes and wife Mary Polly Hines, Robert Forbes and wife Phebe Branstetter, John Henry Forbes and wife Nancy Parker, William Henry Forbes and wife Sarah Isaacs, Clarence Forbes and wife Mary Elvina Fletcher, John Henry Forbes and wife Dora June Blakeman, my father Marvin Glenn Forbes and wife Rose Delilah Sheats. Then there is myself, which I am the last one on our branch that carries the Forbes name.
ReplyDeleteMy ancestors are Robert and Mary Curtis as well; however, based on the information I've been able to gather, my line descends from the marriage of John Forbes (Faubis) and Elizabeth Whitsell, his first wife.
